I am delighted to have someone who is local and readily available to help with computer issues. Jeff is fairly priced, flexible with schedules and obviously knowledgeable about his work.

"I rarely fill out the comment section of anything but in this case I must. When our computer encountered a virus I got out the phone book and called several computer repair companies. I was disappointed with the responses I received. Then I happened to call Allied Computer and talked to Jeff Smeker. WOW!! He was extremely friendly and very helpful. He came to my house within 48 hours of my call and took our computer. He brought it back a day later fixed and working better than ever. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He explained how we most likely acquired the virus and what we could do to help prevent future infections. However, having a teenage daughter, within a month we had another Virus courtesy of her downloading something. I was almost embarrassed to call Jeff again to tell him out computer was down. He again was very friendly and quickly came to our house once again to help. He returned our computer a few days later working perfectly. He also set up a user account just for out daughter that wouldn't allow her to download anything. This has worked out great for our family."
